Taza Mia was the brainchild of Mr. Rodel Lacorte, who hails from Lipa, the first coffee capital of the Philippines. Rodel or RGL, as he is fondly called by his employees, grew up in Lipa in the 70’s and 80’s literally enjoying the aroma of roasted coffee every morning from neighboring coffee roaster. As a kid, RGL already knows that he has special liking for coffee. Thus, when the opportunity to set up a coffee shop came in 2011, RGL wasted no time in establishing the first pilot outlet of Taza Mia. He was so keenly interested in coffee that he himself formulated all the different blends and flavors that were initially served in the coffee shop.
Great place to work or hang out. Very accommodating staff.
Always fresh REAL coffee. Nice staff
Kudos to the staff - very friendly people...loved the roasted caramel frap and my 18-month-old little girl loved the oreo cheesecake
It really is where family, friends, and partners meet.
Obsessed with the food, tea, and coffee while enjoying the ambiance of their shops. Especially the one in Kasa Luntian, Tagaytay.
Very cozy specially in the ‘vip room’ 😅and employees greetings are really warm. Food is good, and coffee is above my expectation. The place to be 👌🏼☺️❤️ And they open very early! Excellent!
